What is your shipping policy for fragile glass bottles?
We are experts at shipping hot sauce. Every glass bottle is individually bubble-wrapped and packed in heavy-duty corrugated boxes with biodegradable void-fill to ensure your order arrives intact.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the domestic region. Please note that food import regulations vary by country; we recommend checking your local customs guidelines before attempting to arrange third-party international forwarding.
How can I determine the heat level of a product before buying?
We use a standardized 'Mojo Heat Scale' ranging from 1 (Mild) to 10+ (Extremely Hot). You can find this rating on every product page to help you choose the right level of spice for your palate.
What is your return policy for food items?
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on food products. However, if your order is damaged during transit or if you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
